New contruction work in our East region is currently handled by our Director of Sales, Roberto Battistel.

Donald brings with him years of experience from various fields such as industrial construction supply, industrial fastener sales, and residential construction supply. This background helps him provide the best support for his customers. He lives in southeast Idaho and enjoys time in the great outdoors hunting, fishing, and camping. He also enjoys the simple things in life like spending time with his growing family.

Retrofit work in our Central territory is currently handled by our Regional Sales Manager, Nicholas Bruns.

Greg has over a decade of water treatment and advanced plumbing experience including residential, commercial, and industrial. Born and raised in the Carolinas, he has enjoyed networking and educating himself on all aspects of the trade. When away from work he stays active by traveling with family, hiking, playing disc golf, and enjoying live sports.

David attended college at Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, graduating with a bachelor's degree in business management. He previously worked at one of the nation's largest wholesale plumbing suppliers and mastered the art of fostering enduring client relationships. He lives in Hatfield, Pennsylvania with his wife and two daughters and enjoys outdoor adventures, camping, biking, live music, and sporting events. Go Eagles and Phillies!

Eduardo joined I-CON Systems as the Customer Service Supervisor. Before transitioning into plumbing supplies, he spent years gaining valuable experience in the telecommunications industry. He focuses his time on providing world-class customer service and knowledge in any of the professions he leads. Residing in St. Cloud, Florida, his free time is spent enjoying sports such as padel and soccer and with family doing barbecues on weekends.
