Who We Are

Reliable, cutting-edge technology that saves water and money

About Us

Our proven technology, commitment to innovation, and excellent customer service has made us a leading designer and manufacturer of intelligent plumbing controls.

Our CEO and Co-Founder was a key member of a team of innovators who first developed reliable infrared sensors for plumbing fixtures for local theme parks and commercial buildings in Central Florida. He has used that innovation and expertise to build an even stronger team and develop I-CON products.

In the correctional industry, I-CON is known for its quality, innovation, and reliability. We are the leader in electronic plumbing controls and have the correctional industry’s largest installed base. Our system is the most reliable, longest-lasting, and most user-friendly system on the market. With over 100 patents and patents pending, we invent industry standards, such as touchscreen interfaces for controlling plumbing networks and vandal-resistant, stainless-steel sensors with no moving parts.

We are committed to superior products, reliability, on-time delivery, and unmatched customer service.

Customers across the United States and around the world are experiencing the quality and dependability of I-CON products.

In 2025, I-CON was acquired by Watts Water Technologies, a global leader in plumbing, heating, and water quality solutions. This strategic partnership enhances our ability to innovate, scale, and support customers worldwide. With access to expanded resources and a shared dedication to quality and performance, I-CON is poised to build on its legacy while driving the future of intelligent plumbing controls.

We have created the standard for intelligent plumbing controls with cutting-edge technology, affordable controls, simplified field installation, and reliable products. Unlike other companies, there are no third-party components. We design and manufacture our own plumbing control systems and write our own software, enabling our customers to achieve complete control and unparalleled flexibility.
